About the Position:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

    • BSc. in Computer Science or MIS with eCommerce focus.
    • SAP ERP and CRM certifications is preferred (business foundation and integration, order fulfillment, extended warehouse, sales and distribution and CRM fundamentals with SAP)
    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a software life-cycle.
    • Knowledge of end to end business cycles
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and mutli-tasking while paying close attention to detail.
    • Basic financial knowledge to help assist on building business cases
    • Hands on Integrated Change Control
    • Hands on lean management

Minimum Experience:

    • 2+ years of similar professional experience in the Analysis of eCommerce Businesses (financial experience is a plus)
    • 2+ years working with ERP and CRM


Job-Specific Skills:

    • Excellent English skills, Arabic is a plus.
    • Proficient in MS Suite of products.
    • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage relationships without line authority.
