About the Position:

As part of the Buying Team, you will be responsible for managing the budgeting, sales, GM value, and GM %age for the agreed Merchandise Group as well as building credible ranges and ensuring we are at the forefront of product development within the Middle East.

You will be responsible for sourcing products both domestically and internationally via attendance at trade shows, conventions and vendor / factory visits, securing the best possible combination of cost price and terms for purchasing of product. You will also be responsible for setting all retail prices within assigned Merchandise Group to ensure compliance with the company marketing / pricing strategy and margin expectations.

You will be liaising with marketing and operations for planning of promotional activity.

About You:

To be considered for this exciting role, you should have previous category buying experience, preferably within the same field. Previous exposure to SAP or similar would be an advantage along with advanced Excel skills.

You should have excellent planning & organizing skills, be analytical and have good negotiation skills and have attention to detail.
