About the Position:

Al-Futtaim Motors Toyota's After Sales division is currently looking for an experienced Reception Manager.  The main purpose of this role is to provide a supervisory management function for all front of house staff within the Toyota Service Center whilst creating a point of contact environment between customers and front of house staff.  The Reception Manager will lead a reception team ensuring an efficient and professional manner is maintained and will act as a role model to demonstrate and promote standards expected through practising and creating the energy and enthusiasm for excellent customer service.

You will ensure that communication between the front of house, mechanical and body repair teams is effective and that customers are kept fully informed on processes and time constraints.  You will be responsible for overseeing that customer complaints are dealt with in a professional  and efficient manner and that the escalation process is followed by reception staff.  Reporting is an aspect of this role as you will be required to provide feedback on all activities and financial performance to the management.  As the Reception Manager you will be accountable for performance management and to ensure staff receive ongoing training.

About You:

You will ideally hold a qualification in Mechanical Engineering.  You will have a minimum of five years customer care experience preferably within an automotive industry role. The ideal candidate will have come from either a Service Advisor or Estimator background and will be familiar in the workings of an automotive service centre. 

This is a supervisory role and therefore experience within a similar position is required, strong leadership and communication skills are essential.  You will be required to make business decisions and will be responsible for managing your own time and prioritising tasks.  You will have an analytical mind and will be comfortable working in a team orientated environment with experience of communicating between from of house and workshop employees.
