Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for supporting the Regional digital marketing manager by applying knowledge of Communication and Digital Media to relay the IKEA concept to the market, in ways that will establish IKEA as the leader in life at home, and to be the first choice for home furnishings in all core areas of the home, through IKEA.com. 

The role will be responsible for merging IKEA.com global solutions, together with our country business priorities, knowledge of the national and local market, competition, and peoples’ life at home to achieve the optimum result.

About the Job:
  • Design the website banners and other art work as required, coupled with working alongside external partners.
  • Implement and test website technical releases in order to ensure effective working.
  • Work alongside the store to ensure all offers and activities are communicated on the website.
  • Design the monthly newsletter and ensure it is released on time.
  • Work alongside the Regional digital marketing manager in order for all activities to be reflected on the website.
  • Insure the website is always up to date following the global content calendar.
  • Send all online reports on a monthly basis or as required.
  • Work effectively with the Regional digital marketing manager to execute the digital and content marketing strategy.
  • Work with and manage External Partners to oversee the IKEA Facebook page.
  • Test the website on a regular basis in order to ensure functionality.
  • Proofread the website to ensure that the English are grammatically correct, prior to release.
  • Regularly update the website with IKEA Press Releases.
