About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and degree qualified Marketing Executive to join our team  in Dubai and to take part  in a range of marketing activities. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the following:

  • Marketing Planning Plan and control all the marketing and promotional activities on corporate and sales channels levels to ensure the improvement and consistency of company image and to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Market Research Plan, organize and manage market research activities using the available internal and external resources, as to assess a realistic market position analyzing important factors like – demographics, life style etc which affect a feasible planning. Also sharing this knowledge with all the departments to make better marketing decisions
  • Merchandising Plan and control effective merchandising activities through out the showrooms to achieve and maintain highest standards in visual merchandising, lay outs and in-store communication
  • Media Liaisons Act as the brand’s spokesman with media relations, ensuring a positive image and position for the brand within the market and general public
  • Budgeting  Prepare and control the annual budget for AFWJ - UAE so that structured marketing activities are carried out for achievement of goals.
  • Financial Returns on Investment Measure the success of marketing and communications programs through analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and research studies to build a positive image for the general public and act as traffic drivers to the store
About You:

To be successful in winning this role, you will have proven marketing experience and be able to demonstrate:

  • Marketing experience in GCC
  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Decision making ability
  • Knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in PowerPoint
  • Assertiveness and creativity
  • Flexibility
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE
