As a result of continuous success and expansion, we are a looking for a Commercial Leasing Manager to compliment our existing Leasing Team in Cairo Festival City. The role of the Commercial Leasing Manager will entail developing leasing strategies and marketing plans to capture the largest market share and ensure commercial viability of the commercial leasing business. In addition, the scope of work will include:

• Preparing a target list of prospective clients, assessing their due diligence, and conducting presentations to generate interest and meet revenue targets.
• Organizing market surveys of client demands and obtaining information on competitors' pricing policy and property specifications.
• Ensuring lease agreements and relevant documentation are recorded accurately, in line with the approved terms and conditions.

Candidates applying to this position will have a degree in Business Management or in a related discipline. Extensive knowledge of commercial leasing is a must, with at least 5 years working experience in a similar role. Local market knowledge is highly desirable for this position.
