About the Job:

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to be based in RAK in order to provide a high level of customer service.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To ensure all incoming calls are answered within an efficient time frame and as per the department verbatim
  • To ensure that all calls are diverted to the correct department and member of staff in an efficient and professional manner.
  • To ensure that all bookings are as per the department SOP and a fair distribution is maintained.
  • To ensure that the department MRS pre-defined Targets are achieved.
  • To set and achieve daily booking and sales targets per call centre agent
  • To compile, monitor and submit the daily sales reports
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped in line with job specific requirements and ensure active staff and customer engagement.
  • To manage the call centre schedule and holiday requirement to ensure a adequate staffing level at all times
  • To ensure that the PSFU (Post Service Follow Up) is being done on time with professional Manner.
  • To mentor all call centre agents to ensure a smooth and professional call flow
  • Attend to customers enquiries and provide accurate information regarding vehicle status, products and services.
  • Ensure that all call centre agents are up to date with all after sales products which are introduce to the customer along with their benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures.
  • Update SAP on vehicle status and customer information
  • Adhere to Kaizen and Kodawari principles
  • To coordinate with the service reception and workshop personal on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that the post service follow up is being done according to the TSM standards.
  • Ensure the effective communication of the SSC (Special Service Campaign) appointments to the concerned staff in the reception (Service Advisors/Job Controllers/Supervisors).

About You:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge

  • High School /College      Graduate

Minimum Experience:   

  • 2 years in a customer orientated environment.
  • Previous experience in a senior customer care/call centre or hospitality role.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must

 Job-Specific Skills:

  • SAP Dealer System knowledge preferable.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Team Orientation.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Excel and Word proficient
