Spanning 3 million square metres Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

To compliment the existing Finance Team, we are looking to identify Senior Accountants with prime focus in recording and monitoring the sales revenue of Cairo Festival City as well as additional functions and responsibilities.  Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:

• Preparation of monthly operational reports for the sales operation
• Preparation of monthly P&L reports
• Preparation of cash flow reports
• Recording sales and leasing transactions and monitoring payment plans
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Re-forecasting budgets each month and reporting any changes
• Analysing and clarifying upward or downward variances within the budgets
• Providing support to all departments on financial analysis and reporting

To be considered for this position, you will have a post graduate Accounting qualification with minimum 5 years post graduate experience. Solid experience in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial reports is required along with good knowledge of MIS and ERP applications . Experience working for a Property Developer is desirable.
