In Dubai, the Al-Futtaim Training Centre works in partnership with group companies, their principals and suppliers to identify training needs and develop customised programmes and offers courses in management, personal development, sales and marketing, technical, language, communication and information technology amongst others.

The training centre has 10 dedicated training rooms equipped with the latest training aids including smart boards, LCD projectors and PC workstations. In addition, there is an air conditioned mechanical / training workshop which can accommodate buses, trucks, forklifts or vehicles for on the job, hands on training.
